Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Store Manager for Bendereign Specialty Coffee. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the coffee store, ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service, manage inventory, and prevent retail loss. This role is located in Dubai.The Store Manager will also be responsible for leading and training the store team, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Skills in Retail Loss Prevention Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational skills Previous experience in the coffee industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred
