Job Description

1. Store managementSupervise the daily operation of the store to ensure that the store is clean and tidy, the equipment functions properly, and the cash flow management is clear. Track daily sales data, analyze performance, and optimize operation strategies. Supervise employees to ensure that service standards meet brand requirements.

2. Marketing and PromotionCarry out in-store marketing activities to increase brand exposure. Manage the store's social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content Posting and audience engagement.

3. Sales and Customer ServiceBe responsible for achieving the sales targets of the store. Receive and assist customers, and provide professional introductions and experiences of 3D printing. Handle customer complaints and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Employee ManagementTrain and evaluate the staff. Formulate work plans, optimize human resource allocation, and enhance work efficiency.

Job Requirements ?

1.Outgoing in personality, good at socializing, with excellent communication skills, capable of establishing good relationships with clients. Decent appearance, female preferred.

2. Fluent in English; Arabic speakers are preferred.

3. Be proactive, subjective, responsible, and possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.4. Candidates with experience in retail sales, technology products, custom gifts or photography are preferred.
