The Role:
We are seeking a diligent and organizedStore Keeper
to manage our equipment yard and inventory. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of all tools, spare parts, and rental equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. We havetwo immediate openings
available.Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using a computerized system. Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile them with the system data.Receiving & Dispatch:
Receive incoming equipment and materials, verify them against purchase orders, and properly store them. Prepare and issue equipment/tools for delivery or to technicians as required.Yard Organization:
Ensure the yard and storage area are clean, well-organized, and comply with safety and security standards.Documentation:
Process all relevant paperwork, including goods received notes (GRN), issue notes, and stock transfer forms.Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding equipment that is due for servicing or repair.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role. Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills (MS Office). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle physical workload and operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., forklift license is a plus). High school diploma or equivalent.
