Receive incoming materials and verify quality & quantity against purchase orders.
Record all material transactions exclusively in the ERP system.
Issue materials to fabrication and site teams based on approved requests.
Prepare delivery notes for shipments and coordinate dispatch to sites/clients.
Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
Monitor minimum stock requirements and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; reconcile any discrepancies and report to management.
Organize store layout systematically for easy identification and safe storage.
Track and document transfers between main store and site stores.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in storage areas.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction projects, especially steel.
Strong knowledge of ERP-based inventory management (mandatory).
Physically fit for material handling tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
