Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain stock movement records
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and site teams
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
as a Store Keeper
Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures
Ability to maintain records manually and/or using inventory software
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
Immediate availability is mandatory
