We are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee the materials and inventory for our Roads, Infrastructure, and Utility projects in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE within similar sectors and a proven ability to maintain accurate records and efficient stock management systems. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
Issue materials as per project requirements and maintain records of stock levels.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to prevent shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store/warehouse area.
Work closely with procurement, site engineers, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Perform periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain records of equipment, tools, and other inventory issued and returned.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Store Keeper role, specifically in Roads, Infrastructure & Utility works within the UAE.
Good knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment used in civil infrastructure projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to use inventory software and basic computer applications (MS Excel, ERP systems).
Physically fit to manage store operations effectively.
