Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or computerized)
Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and workers as per request
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
Coordinate with procurement and site management for material requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a construction site
Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
Ability to maintain inventory records accurately
Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory software preferred)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and under site conditions
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of safety and material handling procedures
