:

Store Management

: Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a store. Knowledge of inventory control, product organization, and layout. Customer service skills, handling customer inquiries, and complaints. Staff management skills, including training, scheduling, and motivating team members. Ability to meet sales goals and manage cash registers and transactions. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.

Stock Keeping

: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels. Experience with stock tracking, replenishment, and auditing. Ability to handle stocktaking and ensure items are correctly labeled, stored, and placed. Knowledge of stock rotation and quality control processes. Ability to track damaged or expired products and implement returns/replacement procedures.

Data Entry

: Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (like Excel), and inventory management systems. Accuracy and attention to detail when entering large amounts of data. Ability to handle repetitive tasks without error. Basic understanding of data analysis to ensure accuracy in reports. Strong typing speed and proficiency in digital tools.
