Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely stock movement, and supporting seamless warehouse functions with a high level of accountability and energy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient item location and access.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Update records in inventory management systems and generate required reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflows.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the storage area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a store-keeping or inventory control role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High sense of accountability, integrity, and energy in managing responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
