Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of stock items, materials, and travel-related supplies
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and ensure proper documentation
Organize and store items in designated areas for easy access and safety
Issue materials to staff as needed and record every transaction accurately
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management in a timely manner
Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock audits
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of required materials
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for inventory handling
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus
1-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management
Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software
Good communication and organizational abilities
