Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials based on delivery orders or internal requests.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or software systems.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the storage area.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
Handle loading/unloading and ensure safe storage of materials.
Maintain documentation related to goods receipt, issuance, and returns.
Work closely with warehouse staff, delivery teams, and site supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a store keeper, preferably in a building materials or construction environment.
Good knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting procedures.
Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office or inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
