As a Store Auditor, you will perform audits by reviewing functions and activities in the various Store areas to determine the nature of the operations and the adequacy of the system of controls to achieve established objectives.
Retail Audit Associate is responsible for auditing the daily store sales and corresponding revenue collection and banking and ensure the standard operating procedures are followed with regard to the daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform audit all aspects of store processes including store security and safety, regulatory compliance, record keeping, scheduling, etc.
Conducted physical inventory of cash and other merchandize.
Prepare audit reports with accuracy and send to the respective managers.
Manage to prevent fraud and loss by frequent auditing and reporting critical areas.
Report audit findings and made corrective recommendations.
Explained the importance of maintaining accurate and complete records to the store managers
Participate in the training of new hire associates in matters of retail store audit
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly store audits
Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to key holder on duty
Maintain confidentiality of the company information
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to see or hear activity in the store, and perform all functions as set forth above
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the line manager
