Job Description

We are seeking some friendly and reliable Store Associates to join our team at JARGEE Arcade located in Mega Mall?Sharjah?, a popular arcade specializing in claw machines. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the machines. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and have a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions. Operate and maintain arcade machines, ensuring they are in proper working condition. Monitor and replenish machine stock, such as plush toys and prizes. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a fun experience for all customers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
