We are looking to hire a hard-working, store assistant to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
Job description
Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
Raising Material Requisition as and when requested by different departments (Turn Around Time 1-2 working days).
Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
Issuing materials as per the Material Requisition.
Segregating list of invoices to mark Pending and completed.
Segregating list of materials to mark received, in transit, order placed.
Informing the Purchase department regarding missing MR
Update year ending stock list to the accounts. Reporting the ending stock list to accounts department.
Skills and requirements
Diploma/bachelor's is preferred.
Proven retail fit out industry experience.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
MS Excel
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
