Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials (e.g., MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, panels, contactors, relays, etc.).
Label and store materials in the correct locations as per the inventory management system.
Pick and issue materials to the production, service, or sales team based on material requisitions.
Maintain proper stock records (physical and system-based) and update stock movement daily.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the Store In-Charge.
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe store layout.
Support in packaging and dispatch of materials.
Coordinate with procurement, production and sales team for material flow.
Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of electrical components.
Use ERP or store management software for stock entry (if applicable).
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a store/warehouse, preferably in the electrical or switchgear industry.
Basic knowledge of switchgear components is preferred.
Familiarity with stock management systems or ERP tools.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling materials safely.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
