Job Objective

Assist the Storekeeper in warehouse operations duly complying with ISO/WHL Standard Operating

Procedures.

Specific responsibilities:

? Load, unload and stack goods to and from delivery vans/trucks/containers.

? Identify and record any damaged, missing or faulty goods at the point of receipt/issuance and update Storekeeper.

? Maintain FIFO while issuing goods.

? Prepare stock transfer requests on a daily basis to replenish the issued stock.

? Support Storekeeper in receiving / despatching consignments at the warehouse duly complying with the standard documentation procedures.

? Prepare IMR/MRN and carryout Focus entries as and when required by the

Storekeeper.

? Move goods to the designated area in the warehouse either manually or using forklifts.

? Use PPE while at work.

? Maintain the assigned Material Handling Equipment promptly.

? Maintain the warehouse neat and tidy clearing away packing materials and debris.

? Carryout stock arrangements and print barcodes in preparation of stock counts.

? Interact politely with customers/suppliers.

? Assist in other duties as and when required by the Storekeeper / Warehouse In-charge.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree , Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain

Experience

2 Years' experience in similar role.

Age

25 - 30 years

Sex

Male

Computer skills

Ms Office

Language skills

good communication skills in English and Hindi

Functional skills

1) Good organizing skills.

1) Lifting & carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling & reaching.
