Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are well presented
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including the sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas
Assist with receiving deliveries and checking stock for accuracy
Provide product knowledge and recommend items to customers
Handle customer complaints and returns with patience and professionalism
Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed
