Store Assistant
to support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily store and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per delivery notes.
Prepare materials for dispatch and ensure timely arrangement for deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory updates, and material movements.
Support in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Organize and maintain proper storage of materials as per company standards.
Coordinate with the logistics team for pickups and deliveries.
Generate and update store-related documents such as GRN, issue notes, and stock reports.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store/warehouse.
Assist in any additional warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (
BCom
) is mandatory.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in store/warehouse operations.
Good understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP entry knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to lift and handle materials when required.
Must be able to communicate in
Hindi and Malayalam
.
Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
