Job Description

Responsibilities



Receipt of materials

Issuance of materials to authorized persons for use in production.

Preparation & follow-up inspection /rejection/partial delivery/documents check reports.

Receipt & Checking of invoices against receipt.

Timely processing and making of MRN on ERP.

Informing Quality team for quality check on receipt of material

Submission of duly authorized supplier delivery order and MRN after his signature, quality signature, production head signatures.

Documentation of all the related matters.

Implementation of Physical Stock Checking

Maintenance of safety stocks.

Issuance of material Gate Pass

Informing Purchase, accounts department for short supply, rejections etc

Maintain proper documentation system.

Qualification



Diploma in Mechanical is Preffered Fluent in Hindi and English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
