Store Administrator - Cashier / Inventory & HR Support - URGENT HIRING
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized
Store Administrator
to handle cashier operations, inventory management, and basic HR support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily store operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Cashier & POS Operations
Accurately process sales transactions trough the POS system
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain daily cash reports
Open and close POS sessions as per assigned access (if authorized)
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records
Receive, check, and record incoming stock
Coordinate stock replenishment and report shortages or damages
Conduct regular stock counts and audits
Perform barcode labeling of products
Administrative & HR Support
Assist with documentation and onboarding of new hires
Maintain and track employee attendance records
Coordinate employee requirements and concerns with the HR department
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by management
