Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the flooring market.
Manage existing client accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with the operations and procurement team to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the flooring industry within the UAE.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong client network and knowledge of flooring products (wood, vinyl, carpets, tiles, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
