. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced traders, and real-world trading exposure in both

swing and day trading

In addition to trading, the role includes

creating weekly video content

to share trading performance, market insights, and strategy updates--so confidence on camera is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor swing and day trades based on our internal strategies Analyze charts, price action, and technical indicators Maintain accurate trade logs and performance reports Produce weekly video updates showcasing your trading insights Adhere to strict risk management and trading discipline Continuously improve through feedback and evolving market conditions

Who We're Looking For:

Strong mathematical and analytical mindset Naturally smart, curious, and detail-oriented High level of discipline and emotional control Confident speaking on camera and creating video content Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new platforms Strong interest in trading and financial markets Self-motivated and able to follow structured systems independently

Requirements:

Fast learner with a willingness to grow Fluent in

English

Hindi or Urdu

is an advantage Comfortable producing regular on-camera video content Capable of working under pressure and following strict trading rules
