Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Accurately record stock transactions in the ERP (e.g., SAP).
Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations with proper labeling and bin identification.
Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory) and reconcile any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and alert management on low, slow-moving, or obsolete items.
Ensure proper issuance of raw materials and spare parts to production/maintenance teams as per requisitions.
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements (GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, scrap records, etc.).
Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO methods to reduce stock expiry or obsolescence.
Support in preparing reports on stock status, variances, and consumption trends.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for smooth stock flow and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.
