- Develop, test, and refine high-quality prompts to interact effectively with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to design prompt strategies that align with business objectives.
- Continuously optimize prompt performance through experimentation, analysis, and iteration.
- Build and maintain a structured prompt library with documentation and performance benchmarks.
- Research and stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI prompt engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI prompt engineering, copywriting, content strategy, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with a flair for creativity, precision, and clarity.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
- Ability to translate business goals into effective AI prompts and workflows.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
