Job Description

A proactive Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory across branches by reconciling physical counts with system data and collaborating with warehouse and finance teams.

What You'll Do:

Conduct Perpetual physical stock counts during branch visits. Reconcile inventory data between physical stock, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Excel records. Review, purchase, sales, and return transactions to ensure alignment with actual stock movement. Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Compile and deliver detailed reports on audit findings and stock status. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams to maintain data integrity. Support month-end closing processes, including inventory costing and analysis.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and inventory control. Strong command of

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and

advanced Excel

is advantage. High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

A valid driver's license and personal vehicle is Must.

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
