Stock Controller
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee daily stock movement between stores and warehouse.
Ensure all Transfer Orders (TOs) are processed accurately in MSD365.
Monitor stock flow, demand, and supply levels to maintain healthy inventory.
Ensure compliance with all inventory SOPs.
Conduct cycle counts and support full stock count processes.
Train store teams on TO handling, stock movement, and system accuracy.
Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
Generate and validate stock movement, variance, and discrepancy reports.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, and Store Operations for reconciliations.
Control damage, pullback, and return processes to minimize stock loss.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better stock accuracy.
Arrange and organize store backrooms (stockrooms) and ensure stores maintain proper stock arrangement as per SOP guidelines.
Provide clear SOP guidance to store teams to maintain compliance in all stock-handling activities.
