Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily perpetual inventory counts and reconcile variances against system records
• Plan, execute, analyze, and control end-to-end stock count activities
• Oversee inventory activities across retail and supply chain warehouse levels in line with company guidelines
• Perform assigned inventory counts to validate system stock accuracy
• Lead, train, and guide teams to ensure smooth and accurate stock count execution
• Review documentation and investigate discrepancies between system and physical counts
• Conduct scan-to-count, count-to-recount, and recount-to-scan processes to minimize errors
• Complete counts within assigned timelines and hand over locations to retail or warehouse teams as per standards
• Generate, finalize, and share inventory reports for validation and sign-off within timelines
• Complete reviews and approvals in accordance with SOPs
• Maintain strong coordination with retail, warehouse, and cross-functional teams
• Implement improvements to operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain end-to-end records including communications, checklists, feedback, and sign-off documents
• Support cross-departmental requirements and ensure timely task completion
• Enforce time discipline and promote continuous learning during on-floor activities
• Manage time effectively across office and site-based operations
• Work continuous night shifts and travel across territories as required
• Develop and implement improved working methods across teams

People Management

• Set clear objectives and performance targets aligned with organizational goals
• Mentor and guide team members to build skills and operational efficiency
• Apply structured performance management to track progress and resolve issues
• Drive periodic KPI achievement through regular feedback and coaching

• Proven experience in inventory control, stock assurance, or audit functions
• Solid product and category knowledge within retail or supply chain environments
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory-related tools

• Excellent communication skills with flexibility to work across locations and shifts
