Rotational assignment

We are seeking skilled and experienced

Stimulation Fluid Pump Operators

to join our team for a

12-month project in Qatar

with a major oil and gas service company. The assignment is expected to start in

December 2025

and will be conducted on a

rotational basis

. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of stimulation pumping equipment during well stimulation and acidizing operations, ensuring adherence to HSE and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stimulation fluid pumping units, blending equipment, and related systems during field operations. Assist with the preparation, rig-up, and rig-down of pumping and blending equipment. Monitor fluid properties, rates, and pressures during operations to ensure job quality and safety. Conduct pre- and post-job maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of all related equipment. Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards. Record and report operational data accurately to the Stimulation Supervisor or Engineer. Support the team in troubleshooting equipment and process issues during field activities. Maintain good housekeeping and equipment readiness at all times.



Minimum

3 years of experience

in

stimulation or fracturing operations

, preferably with major oilfield service companies. Strong technical understanding of

pumping systems, fluid handling, and chemical mixing operations.

Offshore experience

is an advantage. Good

communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Valid offshore medical, BOSIET, and other relevant certifications (preferred). Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Must be

currently available and ready for immediate mobilization.
