Job Description

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene:

Stewards are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms.

Assisting with food and beverage service:

This includes tasks like setting tables, serving water, clearing dishes, and stocking service stations.

Managing supplies:

Stewards monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items.

Supporting other staff:

They assist kitchen staff with food preparation, dishwashing, and other tasks.

Ensuring guest satisfaction:

Stewards may assist guests with inquiries, provide menus, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Maintaining safety and security:

They ensure safety procedures are followed and may assist with crowd control at events.

Inventory management:

In some roles, stewards may be responsible for managing and tracking inventory of supplies.

Communication and teamwork:

Stewards need to communicate effectively with other staff and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
