Stewarding Supervisor

Job Description

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising the stewarding team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen and food & beverage back-of-house areas. The role ensures proper handling of equipment, adherence to safety and sanitation policies, and supports smooth kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities:



Supervise and lead the stewarding team during assigned shifts. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of all kitchen and back-of-house areas. Monitor and maintain dishwashing machines, chemicals, and cleaning supplies. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support daily operations and banquets. Maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines. Manage shift schedules, team performance, and inventory of stewarding supplies.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of stewarding experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/shift leader role (preferably in hospitality). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Immediate availability to join is required.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,400.00 per month
