Job Description

Major responsibilities of a Service Supervisor are:

Supervises Office services within the scope of the contract; supervises subordinate personnel in the scheduling and coordination of individual facility activities.

To manage and co-ordinate the work of a team of office boys, tea boys and messengers ensuring the smooth running of the service, the standard of work meets the requirements of the service contract.

Fully compliant with all aspects related to HSE and service procedures for various facilities. Complete knowledge of beverages involving Tea and Coffees and office equipment.

Interaction with client representative on regular basis to assure satisfaction.

Makes recommendations in the development of budgets, policies, and procedures.

Assists in the recruitment, hiring, and training of associates

Establishes priorities to meet goals and objectives.

Prepares reports as required.

Oversees Safety Program throughout client building complex.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public, co-workers and members of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds regardless of race, religion, age, sex, or disability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
