Key Responsibilities
Supervise stewarding staff during assigned shifts
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and equipment
Maintain proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals
Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to support operations
Monitor staff attendance, task allocation, and productivity
Report maintenance issues and ensure proper use of equipment
Train and guide stewarding team members on procedures and standards
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stewarding, preferably in a hotel environment
Previous supervisory or shift-leading experience is an advantage
Good knowledge of hygiene, safety, and chemical handling
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
