Koutchina Restaurant and Cafe is looking for a dedicated and hardworking

Steward/Cleaner

to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in all kitchen and dining areas, supporting smooth restaurant operations and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining, and storage areas. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cooking equipment efficiently. Assist kitchen staff by ensuring that all items are cleaned and available when needed. Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, and waste disposal areas regularly. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times. Support the kitchen and service teams with basic tasks during busy hours. Dispose of garbage properly and maintain waste segregation according to restaurant policies. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a steward, cleaner, or kitchen helper is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
