Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead our stewarding team. The ideal candidate must ensure strict hygiene standards, proper sanitation of kitchen equipment, and waste management while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise & Train the stewarding team, ensuring efficient daily operations. Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. Monitor and maintain proper handling, sanitation, and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils. Oversee and manage cleaning chemicals and tools, ensuring safe and proper usage. Implement and enforce food safety and HACCP standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and operational guidelines. Set and enforce cleaning schedules to maintain kitchen and service area hygiene. Report maintenance issues related to dishwashing equipment, floors, and drainage systems.

Requirements:

? 5+ years of experience in stewarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

? Extensive knowledge of kitchen cleaning chemicals, tools, and their proper use.

? Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the stewarding team.

? Familiarity with sanitation regulations, food safety, and HACCP standards.

? Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
