Job Description
Job Location - Dubai Salary - AED 1900 - 2200 + Food + Accommodation + Transport Working hours - 10 hours Company - 4 star/5 star hotel Job Role:
- Oversee, coordinate, and inspect every activity in the facility ranging from the kitchen workers to those working outside the kitchen environment.
- Supervise the cleaning of the work environment and also ensure that the food menu is followed strictly and served on time.
- Lead and Supervise the Stewarding Team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed
- Follow all hotel and departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Diploma /Degree in Hotel Management or in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 3+ years' UAE experience as Supervisor in a reputed hotel.
- Vigilant and aware of individual responsibilities of HACCP.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations.
