We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Steward Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee stewarding operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure efficient support for kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the stewarding team to ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Monitor and schedule stewarding staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Ensure proper handling, washing, and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware.
Coordinate with the culinary and F&B teams to support operational needs.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards comply with company policies.
Train new stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
Assist in monthly stock-taking and cost-control initiatives.
Address and resolve operational issues in stewarding areas promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training is an advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
