Emirates Hospitality Center is seeking a dedicated
Steward Supervisor
to oversee the stewarding team within our catering operations. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are consistently maintained across all kitchen and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of the stewarding team.
Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen equipment, service areas, and storage.
Ensure efficient operation during catering functions and events.
Train, motivate, and monitor stewarding staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward Supervisor in catering or hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Sound knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures and safety practices.
