Job Description
You will report to the Manager on Duty and your role and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following (in no particular order of priority):
Ensure all crockery and cutlery in the BAR is washed throughout service and stored correctly.
Manage garbage effectively ensuring that the risk of associated pests is reduced
Floors, walls and all surfaces to be clean and sanitized regularly.
Must understand color coding of what color relates to what type of food
Must have knowledge of what chemicals are to be used on what surface and what machines and the ability to read dilution charts.
Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware.
Must have the ability to lift and move heavy objects
Have great attention to detail
Work with other servers and be a team player
Have excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills
The ability to work with all levels of internal staff and be able to take direction from superiors
Housekeeping duties such as cleaning the offices, washrooms, outdoor areas and windows.
English is the only language to be spoken at the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
