Company Description
Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area with stunning views of the Dubai Skyline and Dubai Water Canal.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans.
Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and workstations.
Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper segregation of clean and dirty items.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly.
Organize and restock kitchen supplies, such as detergents and cleaning materials.
Collect and dispose of garbage following hygiene and safety standards.
Separate waste according to recycling guidelines.
Keep garbage rooms clean and odor-free.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP or equivalent).
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to hotel/restaurant safety policies.
Qualifications
Service focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
