The Steward is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and all food preparation areas. The role supports chefs and other kitchen staff by maintaining sanitation standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas following hygiene and safety standards.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware manually and/or using dishwashing equipment.
Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in garbage disposal areas.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storerooms and food storage areas.
Replenish kitchen supplies such as soap, paper towels, and dishwashing detergents.
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Pay: AED875.00 - AED900.00 per month
