Main responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas. Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation and storage, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas tidy and in compliance with safety and health regulations. Support the kitchen and restaurant team with stock organization, deliveries, and inventory management. Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas for special events or daily operations. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, following all safety protocols. Candidate profile: Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
