Your contribution will be pivotal in crafting memorable dining experiences for our clientele. Responsibilities
Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Ensure efficient kitchen-to-table operations by liaising between the staff and customers.
Support the kitchen team in managing service equipment and replenishing stock when necessary.
Promptly address any guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless order delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements for the Role
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service orientation.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry out manual tasks.
