Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and store them in designated areas.
Support kitchen staff by providing timely kitchen tools and utensils.
Assist in unloading and organizing food supplies and deliveries.
Take responsibility for waste disposal and recycling to comply with environmental standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain overall restaurant hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements for the Role
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary safety guidelines.
Good physical condition to handle long hours on your feet and lifting heavy items when necessary.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
