Position Overview
GEMS Education is hiring a STEM Educator in Dubai to design and deliver engaging robotics and STEM lessons that inspire students to explore science, technology, engineering, and innovation. This role will integrate modern EdTech tools, project-based learning, and cross-curricular activities to prepare students with future-ready skills.

What You'll Do

• Develop and teach STEM and robotics lessons tailored to different learning levels
• Integrate coding, Lego robotics, and emerging EdTech platforms into classroom activities
• Design interdisciplinary projects that link STEM concepts across multiple subjects
• Assess and track student progress, adjusting methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking through hands-on learning
• Stay up to date with trends in digital literacy, robotics, AI, and computational thinking
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging, technology-driven educational experiences

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Teaching certification or recognized qualification in STEM/Computer Science preferred
• Minimum 2 years of STEM, robotics, or makerspace teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Python, Scratch, and coding platforms
• Experience using Lego robotics, makerspace equipment, and digital learning tools
• Skilled in project-based and inquiry-based teaching methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a passion for student success
