MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - "Stem Cell Data Registrar (Department of Oncology)" Identify stem cell cases reported in the stem cell program following the standard operating procedures of the Stem Cell Transplant Division and the National and International Stem Cell Transplant Registries. Collect, compile, and abstract stem cell information from patient records and/or other sources as per standard practice. Responsible for quality control activities pertaining to abstracted information. Enter the collected and abstracted data within the departments stem cell database and the National/International Stem Cell Registries (e.g. Saudi Blood Marrow Transplant Registry SBMTR; European Bone Marrow Transplant Registry EBMT; and Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research CIBMTR) following the policies and requirements of the respective registries. Provide data research assistance in generating specific studies, statistical reports, and stem cell registry annual report. Generate data sheet for daily, monthly and annual update of oncology dashboard and oncology department database. Assist with specific Tumor Registry administrative tasks. Ensure full protection of patient information. Perform other job related duties.

Education - "Stem Cell Data Registrar (Department of Oncology)" Possess a Associate Diploma Degree in Health Information Management/Technology or other related discipline from an accredited institution. Certification in Stem Cell Transplant Registry, Tumor Registry or other related certificates.

Preferred Work Experience Minimum of 2 (two) years position-related practical experience Essential
