Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years' experience in HR/People & Culture.



Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Understanding of HR functions and labor law

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Job SummaryThe HR Generalist is creating a positive and supportive employee experience. This role supports the full employee lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding -- ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and connected to our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.

Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.

Deliver welcoming and engaging onboarding experiences.

Coordinate probation reviews and performance cycles.

Follow up with managers on career goals and development plans.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company values.

Manage exit processes, clearances, and final settlements

Conduct exit interviews and share insights with management

Ensure smooth and respectful offboarding experiences
