We are seeking an experienced

Steel Structural Foreman

to supervise and coordinate steel structure works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of steel workers, ensuring proper installation, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of steel workers on-site. Plan, schedule, and monitor steel structure installation activities, including steel framing, supports, and connections. Ensure all steel works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow. Conduct inspections, verify measurements, and ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. Enforce safety compliance and safe working practices on-site. Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and daily reports. Assist in resolving technical issues related to steel structure installation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in steel structure works, preferably in building or industrial construction. Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in steel installation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD plans. Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication, welding, and installation methods. Excellent team management, communication, and coordination skills. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations is a plus. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
