We are seeking an experienced

Steel Structural Project Engineer (We're looking for steel building experience not piping)

to manage and execute steel structure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of UAE experience in handling steel structure fabrication and erection works with strong project management, coordination, and site execution skills.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of steel structural projects, including planning, execution, and completion within set timelines. Review and interpret structural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow. Oversee fabrication, delivery, and erection activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical or site-related issues. Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Lead and supervise site teams, providing technical guidance when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum

5-6 years of UAE experience in steel structural projects.

Strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication, erection, and relevant standards. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Male candidates preferred. Must be available in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
