Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Mix and apply paints, varnishes, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Match colors and ensure even coating.
Maintain tools and clean work area.
3. Shuttering Carpenters Responsibilities:
Build and install formwork (shuttering) for concrete casting.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble shuttering using wood, plywood, or metal.
Dismantle formwork after concrete sets.
4. Masons Responsibilities:
Lay bricks, blocks, and stones for walls, partitions, and other structures.
