We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in steel cutting, bending, and fixing according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)
Measure, cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh
Ensure all reinforcement work is completed according to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material requirements
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Steel Fixer in the construction industry
Ability to read technical drawings
Good knowledge of steel reinforcement techniques
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Immediate joiners will be given preference
